Printing from Gutman computers and wireless printing from laptops costs $.05 per single-sided page or $.08 per double-sided sheet.

To get Crimson Cash:

  • Either add cash to your HU ID online with a credit card. (www.cash.harvard.edu – icon on Gutman PCs)
  • Or pick up a free blank Crimson Cash card at the Main Desk on the 2nd floor. Then add money to your Crimson Cash card as above.
  • Crimson Cash can be used in all HU libraries for printing and photocopying and in some cafes and stores around the Square. (see the "Off-campus Locations" section of the Crimson Cash website for a list)

On the first floor:

  • Networked printing
  • Crimson Cash 

On the second floor :

  • Networked printing
  • Crimson Cash
  • You may want to login with your GSEmail user name (abc.123) and first 8 digits of HU ID to sign in. (Change password later if you want)

On the third floor and fourth floors:

  • Crimson cash

On the ground floor (Special Collections)

  • PCs in Special Collections use Crimson Cash and are networked to the printer on the first floor.
