Lean Library is a browser extension that provides quick and simple access to digital content purchased by Harvard Library by automatically detecting when you are on a website that contains content subscribed to by the library.

Lean Library:

  • Works in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari and Opera
  • Checks every website you visit and reloads via Harvard Key manually or automatically
  • If set to automatic, no action required: Lean Library is always working in the background
  • May sign you out of a personal subscriber account
