Cases – which can be real or fictitious – are usually narratives accompanied by a set of artifacts. Your job is to critically examine or diagnose the issues/problems and present solutions. Often, the paper will have three or more main sub-headings: “the problem,” “key challenges and opportunities,” “proposed solution(s). Check out our resource on case analyses for more information.
